You can find the current version of the GDPR at http://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/DE/TXT/HTML/?uri=CELEX:32016R0679&from=DE .

We only process and use this data to the extent that it is necessary to process the request. We will not pass your data on to third parties without your consent.

In the course of orders (in our business premises, at trade fairs, etc.), the data you provide (title, first and last name, postal address, email address, telephone number and data relating to your order) in accordance with Art 6 Paragraph 1 lit b GDPR for the fulfillment of the contract and to defend against any warranty and compensation claims stored with us for up to 40 months after completing your order. We will not pass your data on to third parties without your consent, unless there is a legal obligation or a public interest in passing it on.

4. Use of cookies
We would also like to point out that cookies are used when you visit our website. Cookies are small files or other types of information storage that are transferred from our web server or third party web servers to the user's web browser and stored there for later retrieval. The cookies used when visiting our website are only used to simplify the shopping process (e.g. by storing the items placed in a shopping cart) and to enable the use of certain functions of our web shop. The cookies we use are deleted from your hard drive after you close the browser (session cookies).

This data is collected on the basis of Art 6 Paragraph 1 lit f GDPR. Consent to the use of cookies in accordance with the Telecommunications Act (TKG) is given by displaying a banner on which the use of these cookies is briefly explained and you can consent to the use of cookies.

Functional restriction without cookies
We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit. If you do not want this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases.
However, we would like to point out that deactivating cookies may limit the functionality of our website.

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google LLC (“Google”), 1600 Amphitheater Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. As part of “Google Analytics”, cookies are placed on your computer in order to statistically evaluate your use of our website. We have concluded a corresponding contract data processing agreement with Google.
The information generated by these cookies about your use of this website (including your IP address) is anonymized before it is stored on the Google server so that it can no longer be assigned to a computer. The full IP address will only be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there in exceptional cases. Google uses this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity for the website operator and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You can find more information on how Google Analytics handles user data in Google's data protection declaration: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=de .
You can prevent the collection of the data generated by the cookies and related to your use of the website and the processing of the anonymized data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: https://tools.google. com / dlpage / gaoptout? hl = de . However, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent.

5. Social plugins
So-called "embedded" social media plugins (interfaces to social networks) are used on this website. This can be recognized by the corresponding logo.
When you visit a page on which such a logo appears, the browser automatically connects to the respective server of the social media service. This receives various data (including the user's IP address) and learns which specific page the user is visiting. We would like to point out that, as the provider of the site, we have no influence on which data is transmitted to the respective platform. This data transfer also takes place regardless of whether the user clicks on the plugin.
If the user is logged into a social media service at the same time, the plug-in can establish a specific connection with the user's account. For example, if he or she writes a comment on the website or "likes" it via the plugin, the same transmits the information to the social media service and links it to the user's account. If this is not to happen, the user must first log out of his social media account.
In addition to this information, the user should also observe the data protection provisions of the respective social media services. There is also the option of installing an add-on that blocks the social media plug-in so that data transfer can be prevented.
